Nothing is really know about Dorothy. The only real thing we know is that she can be a kind person, but very stern when it comes to war. She admires Relena for her pacifist beliefs, or so she says. Once the White Fang is declared, Dorothy insists on staying by Milliardo's side to see the maganificient battle that would take place in outer space. She feels that war brings out a sense if integrity and bravery among soldiers.
Dorothy is perhaps the most misunderstood character in all of Gundam Wing. Dorothy is an evil person, she just has different beliefs about war. Being raised from a Romefellar Foundation leader, she takes on traits of her grandfather. Within the series, Dorothy never cries, no matter what the situation. She refused to cry when her grandfather was killed and when Trowa made her realize the incorrect path she had chosen. Even though she may not cry, inside, she is a very kind person and adores many of the Gundam Wing characters. Once the White Fang is formed, she admires Milliardo Peacecraft for his strength and courage. As the final battle between the Earth and White Fang commences, it is here that Dorothy expresses how powerful the battle really is.
