1. It has to be original and creative. No copying someone else's layout or the such. Also, your layout must be clearly organized. This means that it must be readable and easy to navigate on your site.
2. Your site has to have plenty of information about the subject. I don't want pages that have just been put up. No websites that have just started and is slowly getting there. I will not link you if this is the case.
3. Your website has to have some sort of multimedia section. Either have images, movies, or sounds. Doesn't matter which ones. All three would be nice. The more you have on your site, the better your chances.
4. You have to have a great deal of knowledge about your site. This means no rumors and/or fake stuff that you post on your website.
Example: Goku reaches SSJ level 5.
5. This one is obvious. If I do link you, you must link me in return or your link will be removed from my website.
6. The files on your website must be located on your computer/server. No direct linking of any files to someone else's site. That's just laziness and it shows me that you just aren't dedicated to your website.
7. Absolutely NO HENTAI!! There is to be no hentai on your site. Also, there cannot be anything associated with male male relationships on your site.
